INQUIRY/QUOTE
• After sending an inquiry for certain product or service, World Aviation Solutions is obliged to present a quotation to the inquiring side.
• This quote is valid for 31 days from receipt of the proposal.
PAYMENT TERMS:
• Orders require payment in advance, unless alternate terms are notated on the quote.
• A 100% deposit is required, on all orders , prior to the start of the job regardless of alternate terms.
SHIPPING TERMS:
• All freight, taxes, duties, and tariff charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Notify us if a certified shipping container is required as additional fees apply.
• Insurance will be added to all shipments unless rejected in writing.
WARRANTY TERMS:
• Limited one year warranty (new products) and six-month warranty (refurbs) apply from date of shipment. Damages by abuse, misapplication, or mishandling voids the limited warranty.
• All warranty work to be shipped on customer’s shipping account.
LEAD TIME:
• Lead time for delivery after payment: 20 calendar days.
RETURN/REFURB/REPAIR TERMS:
• Product will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
• Upon receipt, the product will be inspected, and repaired if customer requires.
• Customer will be responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes for returns.
QUALITY TERMS
• All protective equipment, tooling and pins we offer are equivalent of the ones from the manufacturer. They are being delivered with certificate of conformity.
• All other products are our own manufactory.
CUSTOM SERVICES
• World Aviation Solutions has capability to manufacture aircraft protective equipment products, according to the customer drawings or samples.
